Gary King bought the old Bond Pharmacy on 10th street in Amarillo, in the 1970's. He took a great leap of faith to move to the Medical Center on Coulter in the early 1980's and we are still in the same location more than 30 years later.

Over the years, we have come to focus on custom medication solutions. We are a compounding pharmacy that works with the patient and the provider to develop a solution to improve the quality of our patient's lives. Life is too short to be unhappy.

As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Paul Priebe

Owner, RPh

Paul has worked in public service and business management for many years. He has always had a passion for health care and was brought to pharmacy though God’s direction. He bought the pharmacy from Robin Johnson in 2020.
He graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center

Taby Thompson

RPh

At a young age, Taby already knew she wanted to care for people. Compounding and women’s health were her passion while in school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is thankful to be able to grow those passions in her career at King’s.

Robin Johnson

RPh

Robin became Gary King’s business partner in 1990 and bought the remaining shares of the pharmacy in 1995. She has extensive compounding experience and a passion for women’s health.

Ariel Pfister

Ariel works in our sterile compounding room. She enjoys keeping our pharmacy organized. Her laughter lightens our heart.

Amy Rowell

CPhT

Amy has been compounding since 2015. She is detailed oriented and loves to hear how our work can change the lives of our patients.

Mary Ann Blessen

CPhT

Mary Ann has been with us since April of 1993. She works our front pharmacy with our customers and pretty much runs the show. She’s witty and quick making her so fun to be around. Mary Ann is indispensable because she is always one step ahead and keeps everyone on track and laughing all day.

Ginny Brooks

Accounting

Ginny has been part of our team off and on since she filed prescriptions here when she was about 10. In the past she has functioned as both a sterile and non-sterile compounder and has returned to us to help with our accounting and quality measures. Her attention to detail and follow-through are essential and invaluable.

Cheryl Read

Cheryl received her training in sterile compounding at a local hospital and joined our team in August of 2021. She brings a versatile skill set and great support for our team.
